Information you provide
When you request a quote, this website stores your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, service choice, property size, preferred date and time, and any notes you choose to provide.
Why it is used
This information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and discuss an appointment. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your notes.
Your private management link
After you submit a request, a private link lets you view and update it. Anyone with this link can access your request. Keep it secure and do not share it publicly. Your full email address and phone number are not displayed on the management page.
Storage and your choices
Requests are stored using Lovable Cloud. You can cancel a pending request using your private link. Cancellation does not delete the stored information. To raise a data access, correction or deletion enquiry, use the contact form and clearly state your request.
